Welcome to Consultkaar, a multilingual consultation platform designed to connect users with verified advisors and experts across different categories. By registering, accessing, or using the Consultkaar platform (“Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Consultkaar independently.

1.2 Users under the age of 18 years may use the platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

1.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including but not limited to:

  • Full Name

  • Age

  • Gender

  • Profession

  • Area PIN Code

1.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

1.5 Consultkaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, impersonation, or violation of platform policies.

2. Nature of Platform Services

2.1 Consultkaar acts solely as a technology platform/facilitator connecting users with independent advisors and consultants.

2.2 Consultkaar does not directly provide professional, medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, or counseling advice.

2.3 All advice, recommendations, opinions, or consultation outcomes are solely the responsibility of the respective advisor.

2.4 Consultkaar does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, reliability, or effectiveness of any consultation or advice.

3. Booking & Consultation Sessions

3.1 Users may browse advisor profiles based on specialization, category, language, experience, or location.

3.2 Consultations may be conducted via:

  • Chat Session

  • Audio Call

  • Video Call

3.3 Session fees and applicable charges will be displayed before booking.

3.4 A booking shall be confirmed only after successful payment.

3.5 Consultkaar reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or restrict bookings in exceptional circumstances.

4. Payments, Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.

4.2 Refunds shall not be applicable once a consultation session has commenced.

4.3 Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical failure preventing session initiation

  • Advisor fails to join the scheduled session

  • Payment deducted but booking not confirmed

4.4 Refund requests shall be subject to platform verification and approval.

4.5 If a user misses a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the booking amount may be non-refundable.

4.6 In case of advisor cancellation, the user may receive either:

  • Rescheduling option, or

  • Refund as per platform policy.

5. User Responsibilities & Conduct

By using Consultkaar, you agree that you shall not:

  • Use abusive, offensive, threatening, or unlawful language.

  • Harass or intimidate advisors or other users.

  • Share misleading, false, or fraudulent information.

  • Record, publish, or distribute consultation sessions without consent.

  • Use the platform for illegal activities.

Violation of these conditions may result in suspension, permanent account restriction, or legal action.

6. Important Disclaimer

6.1 Consultkaar is not an emergency support platform.

6.2 The platform does not provide:

  • Emergency medical assistance

  • Psychiatric crisis intervention

  • Legal representation

  • Financial guarantees

6.3 Users are advised to seek immediate professional or emergency assistance where necessary.

6.4 Consultation outcomes may vary from person to person and Consultkaar shall not be responsible for user decisions made based on advisor consultations.

7. Reviews & Feedback

7.1 Users may provide ratings and reviews after completion of sessions.

7.2 Reviews must be genuine, respectful, and non-defamatory.

7.3 Consultkaar reserves the right to remove fake, misleading, abusive, or inappropriate reviews.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 Consultkaar may collect limited personal data necessary for:

  • Account management

  • Booking management

  • Payment processing

  • Customer support

  • Platform improvement

8.2 User data shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8.3 Personal information may be shared with trusted service providers only where necessary to operate services, process payments, comply with legal obligations, or improve user experience.

8.4 Consultkaar implements reasonable security practices to safeguard user data.

9. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

9.1 All platform content including logos, branding, text, advisor content, articles, tips, designs, and software belong to Consultkaar or respective owners.

9.2 Users shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, or commercially exploit platform content without written permission.

10. Suspension & Termination

Consultkaar may suspend or terminate any account if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • Platform misuse occurs

  • Illegal or harmful activity is identified

Consultkaar reserves the right to remove access without prior notice in serious cases.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Consultkaar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, legal, medical, financial, or business loss arising from consultations.

11.2 The platform’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant service.

12. Changes to Terms

Consultkaar reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in [Jaipur, Rajasthan].
